Biography
Veteran Roscosmos cosmonaut who survived the 2018 Soyuz MS-10 launch abort. Commanded Expedition 72 before returning home in April 2025.
Before NASARussian Air Force pilot and instructor at Yeisk Higher Military Pilot School with more than 1,300 hours in Yak-52 and L-39 aircraft before being selected as a cosmonaut in 2006.
